We’re seeking an experienced brewer to join our production team.
This is a multi-role and dynamic position engaged and partaking in all aspects of the process: wort production, cellaring, and packaging.

Candidates who will be reviewed for this position must have previous production brewing employment for a minimum of two years (excl. internship or apprenticeship).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operating an automated 20 hL BrauKon brewhouse.
- Operating an automated Zomerdijk / Micro Can canning line.
- Cellar management – including, but not limited to CIP, daily checks, dry hopping, fruiting, transferring, cold conditioning, and carbonation.
- Ensuring quality and consistency of all products from start to finish.
- Equipment and brewing plant maintenance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Working at heights.
- Moving hoses and pumps.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 kg. to shoulder height (raw and packaging materials).
- Continuous exposure to cold, hot, dry, humid, and wet conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrollment in and / or completion of apprenticeship and / or technical and / or university studies in brewing, food sciences, or sciences field.
- Minimum of two years professional brewing experience in a 2500 hL per year production or industrial-scale brewery.
- You must be able to multitask, manage your time effectively, and work efficiently.
- You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- You must hold a valid passport (EU or Rest of World) and / or a work visa.
